Who owns the content
The Teeks DJ name and wordmark, and the photos, video, artwork, written content and design of teeksdj.com.au, belong to Teeks DJ or are used with the permission of the photographers and creators who own them. They are protected by the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and international copyright law.
What needs written approval
Unless Teeks DJ or Amped Agency has approved it in writing, you may not:
- copy, download, edit or republish photos, video or artwork from this site or from Teeks DJ's social channels
- use the Teeks DJ name, logo or image on posters, tickets, ads or social posts for an event he is not booked to play
- suggest that Teeks DJ endorses, sponsors or is connected with a brand, product or event
- re-upload, sell or monetise Teeks DJ's mixes, edits or recorded sets
- use this content to train AI models or to create AI-generated likenesses of Teeks DJ
Any use of Teeks DJ's content or materials outside these terms without prior approval is not permitted and may infringe copyright or breach the Australian Consumer Law.
Using the press kit
Promoters, venues and media may use the photos, logos and biographies in the press kit to promote a confirmed Teeks DJ booking or for editorial coverage, as long as:
- images are not altered beyond resizing or cropping to fit a layout
- photographers are credited wherever a credit is supplied
- billing matches the booking (for example, a support set is not advertised as a headline set)
This permission ends if the booking is cancelled.
Music in mixes
DJ mixes and edits feature music owned by other artists and labels, and those rights stay with their owners. Sharing a link to an official upload is always fine.
Bookings and impersonation
Teeks DJ is booked only through Amped Agency at nick@ampmsocial.com.au. If anyone else offers to book Teeks DJ or asks you for a deposit, do not pay. Email Nick to check first.
Permission requests and reporting misuse
To ask for permission, email nick@ampmsocial.com.au with what you want to use and where. To report misuse, send a link or screenshot to the same address.
Privacy
When you send a booking enquiry, we collect the details you enter: your name, email, phone number if you give one, and your event details. We use them only to reply to and manage your enquiry. They are stored with our hosting provider and are never sold or shared for marketing.
When you request the press kit, we collect your email address, the page you requested it from and your browser type. We also keep a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address, never the address itself. We use these to let Amped Agency know who has the press kit, and to limit requests to five per network per day to prevent abuse. We don't add you to a mailing list.
The press kit file is hosted on Google Drive, which is covered by Google's privacy policy.
Our website and database providers may store this information on servers outside Australia. If you have a privacy question or complaint, email nick@ampmsocial.com.au and we'll respond within 30 days.
To see, correct or delete your details, email nick@ampmsocial.com.au. Embedded YouTube and SoundCloud players are covered by those platforms' own privacy policies.
